Elgato Game Capture HD Software shows black screen (PS5)?

I bought an Elgato HD60 S and would like to stream with my PlayStation 5.

My problem is that Elgato's Game Capture HD software only shows me a black screen. I can get sound from the PS5, but only in a noisy and unclear manner.

I have already deactivated HDCP on the console, I also connected the Elgato to a USB 3.0 slot on the PC and all HDMI cables are in the slots where they belong.

I restarted both the console and the PC several times and reinstalled the Game Capture HD software.

Unfortunately all without success.

Should be streamed with Streamlabs, if that should be relevant.

I hope I can find help here so that I can start streaming soon.

You have to turn off HDR or HDCP on the PS5. I can't remember which of the two it was

I have already issued HDCP.
