Looking for RPG (PS4 / PC) with selectable classes?

I'm looking for an (action) RPG where you can play a class in an open world if possible; the thing is that I would like to have a decent game with magicians, which is possibly as raised as The Witcher III, etc. But just with selectable classes, as it is the example. Dragon Age has more or less - does anyone know?

Maybe something like Tera or Neverwinter? There are several parts of dragon age (personally I like dragon age Inquisition best) 😉
