My mother brought me the gigacube-4639. For about 3 days almost nothing works except internet browser (but it also works very slowly). I do not know why. I've already restarted it. And when I log into the WLAN on the PS4, it works faster than ever before. Can it be that the Gigacube locks our cell phones? I can't watch YouTube, Netflix etc. I'm so bored and I don't know if the global network has crashed. Or my mother didn't pay the bill. Can you help?
In Germany, vodafone is the most non-constant on the internet. From my experience, these gigacubes are also the biggest snot ever. It is best to change or if not use these gigacubes…
After some googling, I would recommend the simplest of everything: just pull out the plug and let the thing restart.
The problem with a Gigacube is that it works via radio masts (which also log in to the smartphone for mobile data), which unfortunately can result in very unstable and inconsistent speeds.
The fact that you only have slow internet on your cell phones is very strange, are they old cell phones? Maybe the Gigacube has a different Wi-Fi standard than your cell phones support.

Hey I'm very happy that you help me. Our cell phones are not really new. We recently had to fill up the volume of this mess, nobody knew that the amount of data was limited. But after filling up, it slowed down again 1 day later.
Yes, that's probably the worst thing about these LTE routers. They usually only have 30-50GB. Rip off, but what should you do if you don't have a DSL or cable connection? : /
