IPhone (11 Pro Max) hotspot does not work on other devices?

I wanted to turn on my hotspot for the ps4 because our wireless router is gone. But it shows my hotspot when I turn it on neither on mobile nor on ps4 (iOS14.01)

Turn off your Wi-Fi on your mobile phone and activate your hotspot directly in the settings and wait until your hotspot is displayed on the PS4.
