How can I record while playing Playstation? Or I would like to take pictures with a camera where I can be seen. Do I have to connect the camera to the PC and record separately or do I have to connect a camera to the Playstation?

It depends on how you record if you record with OBS and Elegato then you have to connect the camera to the PC. If you record with the PS4 yourself, you can't connect a camera or record yourself, that is only possible when streaming.
