Ps4 problem can someone help Please would be really very nice?

My ps4 is broken but not complete

1. That's really slow

2.Every time I start a game it takes a long time until I'm on it (ie in the game)

Maybe hard drive is broken. If you have a suitable internal hard drive at home, you could test it out.

It could be a problem with the memory card or TV
Maybe also because of the ps4 you have the choice there's once ps4 loads the really long and one that loads quickly.
