My PS4 has no network connection after starting up.
Still don't wait after 30 minutes.
The check mark is set and as soon as I try to set up a new connection, the console hangs in an endless loading loop.
I have already tried every aspect in "safe mode" except "reinitialize" (which requires a USB device)
If I restart the console or shut it down from there, it also takes a long time and in the end there's this double beep, which should count as a warning.
Urgent support please
Do you have the latest system update and do you have a LAN cable?
Did the new update via the safe mode. I have a LAN cable, but I don't know if it goes to the router (is in the basement)
If it takes a long time, I would
Defragment memory
If nothing helps, save all data and then make software down and up again
How do I do that?
I security mode you have to watch the internet and you can get the new software on the PlayStation website but not just delete everything first inform and try something else
Did ps4 initialize again.
So far everything works. When setting up, however, I think the network setup aspect will be skipped.
I get a brief message that a network is being searched. Then comes the noise that occurs in the event of errors and the system jumps directly to the "PS4 camera" step without being able to connect to a network
Yes, I think you have to reload the software
I thank you once
I'm currently defragmenting my external hard drive. That would be shown without a storage partition.
In addition, I have the new software on my console (I got it connected via LAN) but I will upload it again via USB memory (I have no data on it anyway)
All of this now needs it first. I'll get in touch with you tomorrow
Edit: got it. I reinstalled my ps4 software.
Jo have fun playing
