How can you play FIFA 21 Career offline for two?

I would like to play the career mode in FIFA 21 with my friends on a PS4. My question now is whether and how you can play the career offline together, as I can't find this feature.

You just have to both turn on your controllers. Then when selecting the side, both go to the same page.

The career functions can only be operated by 1 player. The games can be played in pairs.

Before you start the game, you can see the line-up of both teams. Then you have to click on Customize and then on Choose Page.
