Ps4 internet speed?

I have internet problems on my ps4 on 5/6 days in fifa, although I have a 250k line and, according to tests and Vodafone, I get almost the entire 250k mb.

I have a Fritz box 7530YR and use a LAN cable.

wanted to ask whether it is normal that when you test your speed on the ps4, it always fluctuates? Even at 3 a.m. It fluctuates between 150mb - 230mb, and I did the tests one after the other.

maybe someone has a great idea what I can do.

Yes is normal as the primary DNS server 8.8.8.8 and as the second 8.8.4.4 then maybe you could get something out again
