Problem - gambling and stream watching at the same time?

Since I have completed a new telecom line with 100,000, I get constantly 94,000 pure (according to many speed tests). There's also a constant ping of 9ms to the Google.de server. My computer is connected to a switch via LAN, which in turn goes directly to the router via LAN. Streams work smoothly in any setting (which of course is true for the Internet speed) and downloads load constantly at 94 Mbps.

But now to the actual question:

Once I'm in a game (whether Rainbow Six wins or League of Legends) I can play with the same ping. However, if I want to load a stream on my second screen or start a speed test, I will not get the same results as if I was not ingame. For example, Buffert Twitch every 2-3 seconds, no matter what quality and a speed test brings a result of 25 Mbps. The ping to Google still remains at 9ms.

In Task Manager, I see that nothing else is loaded from the computer in the background.

My wish is to play at the same time and, for example, Watching a stream on high quality, which should not be a problem.

This works for friends at a lower speed than mine.

Would be nice if you can help me.

PS: And yes, I've already searched the internet, but it's hard to specifically search Google for a case like that.

Keep Graka drivers up-to-date, if you have win10 o & o shut up 10, run through CCleaner, run adwcleaner, do not use firefox or edge, watch the stream best with Chrome or other lean browser.

Try the Twitch App https://app.twitch.tv/ and best of all a Twitch App on Windows 10 like "8Stream"

Maybe it's because of Chrome or your browser in general

Thank you for your prompt reply!

Have made all the tips you have written. Nevertheless, the stream stops every 2-3 seconds…

I've already tried TwitchApp, Unstream and GoogleChrome and Firefox streams. But everywhere the stream buffers after 2-3 seconds…
