Input delay on controller (pc)?

I play with a playstation controller on the pc fortnite and have a problem. I have had input delay in the game for 3 days. I have a program called DS4 Windows, where I can also see how much input delay I have and it is there as usual 1 - 1.5 ms. In the game I have a high latency. Via bluetooth or cable makes no difference. I also deleted the game, installed previous drivers. I think it is ONLY the analog sticks and not the buttons like circle, triangle etc. Is there someone who could help me there? You can also contact me via instagram: neo.ld
