I have had the problem for a few weeks that my headset (logitech G635), which is connected to the pc with a cable, is disconnecet. In the meantime, I could rule out that it is on the headset, since I connected it to my ps4 and nothing happened. I then uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it. Same mistakes again. Then I found a crash report from the windows kernel in the windows report (see below). Does anyone have any idea what that is or what I can do? I think it's Windows 10, so I'm considering reinstalling it.

Which Windows is currently installed on the PC?
Oh forget windows 10 version 1909
To find out whether it is the headset or the PC, it would be necessary to test the headset on another PC.
Otherwise I could only test it on a tablet with windows 10, nothing happened. Neither on the ps4, as mentioned above
Then it's on the PC.
How old are the BIOS drivers?
I don't really know that, the pc is 2 years old. The bios should be from 2014 to 2016 approx
Then please check and update.
@Misrandier ok, correction. Have just checked and it is from December 6, 2018, so very current
Do you have another idea? Because there's no new version, I just checked
I have to look at myself. Did you install the Teamviewer on the PC?
No I did not
