So, my PS4 is still overheated after cleaning and after the new thermal paste I have carried up again. Unfortunately I don't know what else to do. The cooler moves perfectly, but the power supply is very loud. What I did with the power supply, but noticed that there was something white on it that couldn't even be removed.
Put it in a free place where it is not on the wall and has a lot of space

Blow on the outside with a fan if necessary?
But be careful that the heat doesn't build up anymore.

I made enough thermal grease and as I said fan works properly is also connected.

What PS4 do you have? Why did you renew the thermal paste at all?
Consoles are designed to last long without the need to replace any hardware.
I have a first generation and have replaced the thermal paste because I thought that the PS4 would not overheat anymore.
