PS4 screen cut off?

I have the problem that my picture is cut off on the PS4 even though I have set the display area as small as possible if I want to set the picture area on my TV it says: "Not available"

Does anyone know the problem and is there a solution?

I also have the problem with my TV. I play Apex on the PS4 myself, you can't do anything because of the dimensions of the TV. Perhaps Apex will fix this with a next update (if it is technically possible).

Maybe look at TV settings under picture format. For me it is also the case that when I have selected 16: 9, there's cut off. For me there's the option "just scan". Then it's how it should be. Maybe that's also on your TV.
