I have a daily quota of 2 hours online on my playstation.
My father blocked my Mac address, because at first I only got my lan blocked and simply continued to play with Wi-Fi (with very poor reception).
I then used my cell phone as a Wi-Fi access point, which works great for games like Gta online, but the ping is a bit higher and I would like to play Fortnite, which requires a fairly good ping.
So here's my question again: Can you bypass the lock with a lan usb adapter and does the lan simply work if you plug the USB cable into the playstation?
Please only serious answers and no answers like: "There will be a reason that you have a lock." Or the "extremely helpful" answer: "Talk to your parents."
With a LAN adapter, it will surely work temporarily until your father realizes that you are playing.
So there will be a reason that you have a lock.
Instead of talking to your parents, you should rather talk to your parents so that the Playstation is taken away from you at the end.
Does that mean you use mobile data to play?
Connect the mobile phone to the Playstation via USB, switch on the WLAN on the mobile phone (not the hotspot) and activate USB tethering. Then the whole thing runs over Wi-Fi.
Only if your father finds out will he also block the Wi-Fi for your cell phone.
So the lock is easily circumvented by inserting the LAN cable into the adapter and the USB cable from it into the playstation?
