Can I still be banned in GTA5 because of (then) modding?

So my problem is that my brother modded on my account on Ps3. But the mod menu deleted and gave me the account. We then transferred the account to Ps4 and now I'm very rich, I'm Lvl 8000 and I have an unlock all… What bothers me is the Lvl because I should always be afraid that someone will report me because of my lvl. I just logged in, then went after a while and watched Netflix. Then came back after hours and saw the message that I suspected cheating… My question now is whether R * can still ban me though I no longer cheat.

I would say you are very lucky because there have been several ban waves in the last few months and you can also be banned because of your UnlockAll…
