I reset my ps4 to the default settings! I thought I did a factory reset!

Then I reset my ps4 to factory settings!

When I log in to the ps5 with my acc, are my data still on it, scores etc?

Have you loaded PS plus and everything into the online storage? Then the data is also there on the PS5. If not, the data is probably all gone. 🤷♀️ You should have saved them before resetting.
