Hello today I bought a new ps4 wireless controller. I'm still connected to my old one, but I can't connect to the new one. When I go to Bluetooth devices and choose a controller, it says press the Ps key to use the controller. When I do that, the controller lights up, but then it disappears directly, it is simply not connected. My controller is also connected to the cable on the ps4. Can someone help me? Do I have to remove my old controller from the Bluetooth devices that I can connect to the new one or how?
