Why do I suddenly have a high ping at Fortnite?

I play Fortnite on the PS4 Pro and at home I have a very good internet connection. I play a cable connection. I usually have a very low ping (3-20). But lately it has suddenly increased (150-200). Can someone tell me what could be the reason and what can be done about it?

Is probably due to the servers. There's nothing you can do except continue building Epic Server with money.
