I still have a 2.ps account and would like to play r6 on the account for the next 3 days and my question would be how I get that on the account

Just wait the 3 days and don't risk receiving another IP ban.
Will you only see a message when you go to your main account or generally when you turn on your ps4. Otherwise you should be able to play as usual, since the game is installed on your ps4. Unless you have not set your acc to primary.
Yes, I just saw that I also have the game on the 2nd account or profile but as soon as I start it it says register with ps Network and when I want to register, the controller only reacts to the ps button that is really strange

Not at all. Licenses can't be transferred. The sharing may still work - on the main account you just have to set your PS4 as the primary console and then you can access the content there with the other accounts. However, it may well be that this is also blocked by the ban

And it's the right of Sony and the publisher to restrict your access if you don't follow their rules.
Sony is also allowed to block your account completely - and you accepted this when creating the account.

I found the games in the library on 2.acc and can use them there as usual but start from 0 so it works
That's what I mentioned - the sharing. I just wasn't sure if that wasn't going to be blocked too
