Since my Ps4 had always displayed an error message during a game and even after the instructions of the Playstation service, this was not to be solved, I thought that the only way was now the initialization. But now, as I read in the title, my controller can no longer be connected. I have already disconnected the Ps4 from the power, changed the controller, taken a completely new USB cable and the console, as good as it gets rid of dust. Can it be that my software is damaged? It may be helpful to know that my console was one of the first. So since 2014 has been used regularly.
I had a similar problem and there was the solution that I just had to turn off the console again and turn it back on with the button.
Then I waited and put the controller on the cable, so that it lights up, which has happened.
Otherwise pick on the back in the small hole next to the right screw with a nail, as this causes the controller to reconnect.
Do you have her on? Sounds stupid now, but I've been puzzling since times and just had to first turn on the console.
Thank you. I got it now.
Yes I had. Very weird. I've just tried it again with another cable, which I actually had more problems but then it finally worked out. Just do not lose heart, I would say.
Did it work?
Related to the idea.

Hey guys, need help. I fully initialized my PS4 Slim and none of the cables I have work on either of my controllers. Not even Safe Mode works. No idea why. Kinda desperate enough to call Sony Support tomorrow.
