What is the name of this video game (Cars)?

When I was little I always played a game at a friend's house - but I don't remember what it was called.

It was a racing game on a console (probably Playstation 1 - 3), similar to Motorstorm etc. However, the cars broke down very quickly / had obvious damage - and if the impact was too strong, a dummy doll is like a real accident out of the car flown (maybe a little unrealistic shot out, but always very amusing to watch).
