Have been spinning my ps4 pro for 2 days. The games I installed (all) freeze all games on cd and as digital.
I think it could be due to the hard drive that I never opened. My question is whether media markt will give me a new ps4 pro since it wasn't my fault. The ps4 pro was bought in December 2018 and is therefore more than a year old. Could I access the 2 year warranty so that a new ps4 pro can get or the hard drive is replaced, of course, at no cost.

There may also be a semiconductor fault or a cooling problem.
The question of warranty and the market there would be the other point of contact.
