I bought a wired mouse and keyboard that I would like to connect to my Playstation and PC. I had initially thought that I would get a USB "2 in 1 out", where the mouse and keyboard would be connected and then buy a "1 in 2 out" distributor, which would then go to Playstation and PC.
Unfortunately, I only find USB switches and often only with one data carrier and the other as a pure charging cable.
Is it easier than described above?
If it works as I thought, does anyone who uses this technology have a link where I can buy the products?

Should theoretically also work with a PS4. Should. Theoretically.
