Invalid playstation code after but do not confirm?

Can a Playstation code become invalid after I have entered it on an Acc but not confirmed it?

So for example I enter the code on an account (it says how much is on the card) but do not confirm but go to another account and want to enter it there. And now there's my question whether the code is then displayed as invalid

The code can no longer be valid until it has been redeemed (or if it is incorrect).
