Elgato 60S ps4 does not have picture, Elgato on the pc?

As already in the title, Elgato has no picture on the pc while ps4 runs normally, sound runs on the Elgato software.
In Ps4 system I have already disabled the protection and tested all USB 3.0 ports.

Processor AMD FX (tm) -8120 Eight-Core Processor 3.10GHz

I was able to fix the error myself, I found out that it is on my USB port and this needs a new driver.
