Why do everyone say the X-box is bad even though they have no idea about it?

I keep hearing that the X-box is bad and the PS4-5 is much better. But strangely no one brings a meaningful argument why that is so, but simply says it because everyone says that. Can anyone bring me a meaningful argument why X-box should be bad.

Bro you have to be online and when a game gets an update you have to load it. What kind of bs is that. In addition, xbox has no exclusive titles. You can play all of them on pc. The only argument would be the little more power. But both consoles manage the advertised fps anyway. I just find playsi more practical and a lot more people play it too.

Dualsense controller and the PS exclusive n games

Advantages of Xbox

Backward compatible, better performance and gamepass

The One was more expensive when it was released.
The One could not download in the background at release.
The Xbox hardly has any games from Japanese developers as they are all on the Playstation and Switch.
The Xbox is an ugly box.
The Xbox One was inferior to the PS4 in terms of performance.
