Ps4 overheated, sent it in and they say you can't fix it?

I sent in my Playstation because it overheated after 10 minutes and then switched off by itself.

This was the reason why I sent it in. One day I just tried to gamble normally and it's overheated again! - _ - I did it because I was extremely aggressive because of that. The next day just as before after 10 minutes overheated again the next day etc. Then I sent them in and now it says they can't be repaired because of a dent… Boy that can't even be the reason because I sent them in because of overheating and she also ran the same way as before where I had the brief tantrum. Hopefully someone knows about this. I'll get it back on Friday, then I'll screw it on myself and see if the fan and cooler are dusty. If not, I don't know what to do. Keep your fingers crossed for me ✌

I find it completely legitimate that Sony does not want to repair a PS4 that is obviously damaged by misconduct.
