Badly locate sounds with Hyperx cloud Alpha?

I got the Hyperx Cloud Alpha and use it to play r6 on the ps4. But I can hardly locate opponents and therefore I wanted to ask whether this is due to the headset (stereo) or to r6 itself. If you have solutions for the better location of the opponents, I would be very grateful.

I own and play r6 with the hyper x cloud 2 that can also be due to the game that the sounds are not so good because ubisoft is incapable. Just play another game and test it.
