I bought the HyperX cloud Alpha but it is difficult to locate steps in Rainbow. What are your experiences Which headset is good for locating steps (ps4)
Do you have night mode indoors?
Huhu I also play r6 and have the hyperx cloud 2 gaming headset and I hear the steps wonderfully and without problems.
Has been able to wallbang so many people through the headset because I just heard where they are;) is a dream.
What I have to complain about is the microphone so if that is very important to you then I would not recommend it to you. One understands one but in my eyes the quality is rubbish ^^ hope I could help!

My brother has the same headset and plays in night mode because he hears everything
In night mode you hear no more than in HiFi mode you only hear louder at a distance
The headset is pretty good, it's more the game. The R6S sound engine is extremely strange. As an example an opponent runs behind the wall to the right of you but you may not hear him because this is because the sound engine is programmed to always walk the shortest way, i.e. An opponent is right behind you behind the wall, then the sound has to be heard find a way to get to you so as an example through the nearest door.
I don't know why this is so and I find it strange, but there's nothing you can do - I'll show you the video again where it is explained in more detail
No you can't get the only way to get correct surround sound on the PS4 is via optical output, i.e. You would need an adapter or a sound card that also works via the optical output (optical only transmits sound and no microphone). The PS4 can't surround sound the USB socket only outputs stereo sound. So if you try to pretend 7.1 even though you can only hear a maximum of stereo then it sounds better than not to try.
