How can I control Ps Remote Play with my Ps4 controller on a Windows device?

I got the ps Remote play app on my Windows device, then I connected my Ps4 controller to my PC, but Remote play can't be controlled with it.

Either you connect the controller with Bluetooth or with a cable on the PC then it should work.

Tried both and even connected a nacon controller, it shows that they are connected to devices, but nothing can be controlled with it
