Instant gaming accidentally bought items?

I've been using instant gaming for a very long time and have stayed true to it, I've never had any problems today. I accidentally bought an item even though I wanted to get something else. Got PS4 Now, but wanted PS4 Plus what can I do? I didn't use the code either.

Call times to support they are the only ones who can do something
