those are the 2 with the 2k I would have just like everything I need but the picture is not 4k xD and I can't use this resolution with ps4 pro and ps5
and the 4k has a bad ms and only 60hz but a blatant picture so I wanted to ask people who are familiar with whether that is such a blatant difference and leads to picture lacquer or whether that is a bit different with 4k
If so, then the second. The first, as you mentioned, has high latency and bad Hertz. When gaming, more FPS are often more important than graphics, especially since WQHD is also good. But I would have another one that is cheaper and is almost like the second one:

4k is not absolutely necessary for 34 inches.
Therefore, prefer a smaller monitor, 1440p and 144hz, because you will notice a difference.
Incidentally, latency is hardly noticeable and is usually. Specified in not very meaningful GtG times.
