I do not really remember, but since I switched from Ps4 to Pc I have a bad microphone quality, whether discord or Ts. I first had the Razer Electra v2 with which I had no problems on the PS4 and no one about my quality could complain. On the PC she was then but bad (had everything set correctly). That's why I got a new headset, the steelseries arctis 7. Again, everything was set correctly, but the microphone quality did not change, it would sound like I was talking through a laptop microphone.
Take a look with audacity and see if it sounds bad. If not, it's the internet. If so, then it's either the micro, or the soundcontroller in your mainborad. Can you get a new sound card?
did you use the micro of your headset and not that of your webcam? Can one adjust yes.

My motherboard is the B450 gaming pro Carbon AC, I know unfortunately with sound cards zero and the Internet can't be synonymous because I previously gambled on PS4 over wlan and had no problems there and now on PC over lan what does not make it worse can and I have no internet problems
