What possibilities are there to improve the microphone quality?

Moin Community,

I recently bought a microphone for around 70-90 euro because I didn't want to continue using my old headset microphone.

The sound quality lets you speak. This is because this is not quite as good as in various reviews. Are there general tips to increase the quality, or reasons why this quality is so poor?

Sound quality from reviews: https://www.codewithmike.com/sandberg-streamer-kit-review/ (scroll down a bit)

My sound quality with the same microphone (Sandberg Streamer Kit): https://clips.twitch.tv/SuaveJoyousMacaroniSuperVinlin-KEyNUa0fXQpldvuL (Had no other sound clip → I think you can hear who of the voices is my microphone ^^)

The test was done on a top Apple device. The USB is already a completely different class from home. Then the professional speaker has a very dark voice and speaks very slowly. The recording was made in a wall-cushioned studio without reflections or background noise. You don't have a chance at home on your PC. Just try a distance closer to the microphone, but pull down the sensitivity. At the moment you are overdriving. Just play with the distances between the pop filter and speaking distance. Standard: Pop filter 5 cm away from the microphone - speaking distance 10 cm

Otherwise: a microphone boom costs 30 euro, a cable 10 euro, a spider 20 euro

Stay 10 euro for the mic. What do you want to expect there? Sorry

USB is a completely different class.

Hey entertainment NRW, what exactly do you mean by that? The change takes place in the microphone.

What exactly do you mean - the "i" is about:-)

I can only say that from experience. A Mac or an ipad simply have more audio capabilities. My duo buddy Walter does everything with an i-pad, I do it with a PC. So I have to mix and fumble a lot more to get the result like he did with his i pads. Obviously, BEHIND the mic is better. Well, I don't really take the test off with the unprocessed

Ok, thanks for the info:-) Less effort, I've read and heard that several times, yes.
