The following problem: I received an e-mail from Sony yesterday that my registration ID (e-mail address) had been changed. At first I was confused because I didn't do this. My account continued to work fine on the PS4 and I was able to gamble without any problems.
But that changed since this morning - I was suddenly logged out and I could no longer log in with the correct login data. Instead, it tells me that my login ID or password is wrong.
Does anyone know a solution? I'm getting really desperate. There's a lot of money and work going into the account.
I have already tried the following without success:
Tried to let https://www.playstation.com/...e/support/ help me (all unsuccessful)
Change password (e-mail to reset the password does not arrive although everything was done correctly)
I would like to contact Sony directly. I don't like to do that by phone, I don't want to discuss it with support. I would love to write an email. But I couldn't find any support email on the net.

Then your account would possibly be hacked. The best thing to do is to contact support and call them. They take some data from you and are actually obliged to reset everything so that you can log into PSN again.
Of course, you can't log in with your previous email address if it has been changed. If you haven't given your acc to a buddy or anything, you have most likely been "hacked". In the email you received there's also a link in case it wasn't you. I don't understand why you don't act immediately when you see something like that. Especially if you've spent money with the Acc.

Was also hacked over 2 years ago, I wrote back and forth with the support for over 2 months until I finally had to call the support and everything was cleared up after I was asked to provide some data about my account. A friend of mine had the problem about a month ago too. He called there the next day and got his account back. Therefore, even if you don't want to, you should contact them by phone. Then you will surely get your account back quickly. This will probably not work via email. Hope I could help

No, there's not. Why should you not want to make phone calls? Ordinary employees sit on the other end of the line.
If you don't act, it can be gone. Haven't you clicked the link in the email yet? You will most likely need a new email address and a completely new password. It may well be that other accounts that use the same email and password are also in danger.
