Ps4 wireless headset flashing solid red what to do?

I've bought a Ps4 Wirellese headset. Did the USB thing thing reingeckt but it finds the headset have not put the USB thing already in the search mode but it does not bring anything because the headset can't be in the root mode leaves it just flashing red when I set it. When I charge the headset, it does not blink anymore, it should actually blink red kontstant
