I bought some games in the PS-Store some time ago (Rocket League and Need for Speed Rivals).
After playing both games, I deleted them to free up space. Now I wanted to download Rocket League again, because I wanted to play against a buddy, but found it no longer. I've searched the library several times, but it's nowhere to be found. Also Need for Speed Rivals has disappeared.
The only way to be able to play both games again, they would be to buy again in the Playstation Store, which is complete nonsense, since I've purchased both games for a fee.
So my question: Does anyone of you have any idea how I can get back to my games or at least to my money or are the once deleted forever gone?
Contact Sony Support.
Are you sure you are logged in with the same account? Take a closer look
If you go to the PS Store and then go to the games, you should get Bought there. If that's the case you just have to look again in the library under "Bought".
If in the PS Store but the price to buy I would contact the support
I did it all, but I could only get the games if I buy them again. And that with the support would have been now my next step, I just wanted to ask here, if someone has an idea or something by chance. But thanks anyway.
Yes… I'm only active on the Playstation with one profile…
Yes, I'll have to do that, I think
Ehm do you remember when you bought the games? Because you can look in the transactions list in the transaction list there are listed all purchases. Since then you can possibly find the games and present it as evidence or something.
