Why is my ping so high (Lan)?

I have recently moved and we have a very bad line (5k).

Since I have a WLAN block, I connected my Ps4 to the LAN cable that hangs on the repeater (approx. 20m from the router).

So now on my Ps4 I have a better internet connection with Wi-Fi than with Lan. With Lan I always get a 1100 ping at fortnite. With Wi-Fi I always have 40-80

Wodran is that I have such a high ping with Lan.

I get the high ping every 3 minutes and stops after about 20 seconds.
