Ps4 game progress is shown but in game do I have to start over?

Moin, just wanted to play Assassins creed unity on Ps4 again. I know that I played the game 3 years ago and would like to continue playing there. The Ps menu says that I already have 13% so I can be pretty sure that I have a save. When I was about to start playing I had to start over. I know exactly that I have a save, but I just can't use it. Does anyone know what it could be? I never deleted the game either

Are you sure that you already worked with cloud saves back then? If not, you will lose the scores after, for example, uninstalling the game.

You can save the saves in the cloud at any time in the settings, for example you would have the same savegames with friends on their PS4.
