Keeping the ex-girlfriend's things?

Hi the following problem where I'm a little unsure.

I separated from my girlfriend, now her things are standing around with me, 2 cuddly toys from her child and a PS4 pro that I should repair.

Today I asked her if she had a plan when she wanted to get it, unfortunately she didn't know and then said I should throw it away, but since I asked again if she really should send it to her. Which I have no problem with, but I expect the shipping to be paid for in advance, because I know that she is very, very sloppy with something like that.

Since I then denied that and said she had to give me the money beforehand and I send it she said I could deduct it etc. And she would clarify it through a lawyer.
My question now do I have to pay the lawyer or something if I get something? Because ultimately she can pick up the things or I just send it that I would like to have the shipment beforehand.
I also don't know if she can show me?
I still have the chat history and will save it where it is written and it threatens me directly

Give her a written deadline by when she has to pick up her things. Make an appointment with her so she can take her stuff with her. If the deadline has passed, you may remind her of it again (with a new deadline), if she does not comply, throw the stuff away.

If you've got the chat history and it shows that you're only keeping the stuff until she either picks it up or she pays you the money to ship it, you're absolutely on the safe side. I don't see on what basis she should ask for anything.

It would be embezzlement if you wouldn't let her into your apartment and thereby withhold her things, but if she doesn't feel like coming, that's her problem.

Hi thanks for the quick reply, Unfortunately she blocked me everywhere afterwards. Should I then do this in writing by registered mail?

At that time I did it with my ex-boyfriend by email and registered mail. I was lucky that he also answered me by email, he would come and then and get the things. When he didn't do that, I gave him another 14-day deadline (without any reaction from his side) and then ordered the bulky waste, never heard from again. 🤷♀️
