Ps4 controller X button behaves like the PS button?

The controller works but when I use the X button, the PS4 behaves as if I were using the PS button, e.g. If I keep the X button pressed, I get to the quick menu

Have already reset and restarted the PS4

I almost bought a new one because of people like you. I unscrewed the controller and the plastic part with the blue lines was just dirty, I cleaned it and now everything works again

Something like this is useful when the analog sticks drift from the controller. I had 3 controllers that had the same problem. This is due to the circuit board. It worked again for one after I unscrewed the controller and cleaned everything up. But after 2-3 weeks it started again. A controller who has had such problems will always cause problems.

What does that mean? "Because of people like you". Why are you asking here, if you seem to be such an expert, to unscrew the controller after a single time. I have been repairing Ps4 controllers and Scufs for over 5 years.
