Ps4 and PC run on the same screens?

I already have a PC including 2 HDMI enabled screens. Did ne Ps4 get it today and I would like to run over the second monitor of the PC. I do not want to change everything. Is there a possibility to run both screens over Pc and if necessary (without plug change) on the Playsi to change?
