Did Sony send me a new Ps5 or why did the serial number change?

My Ps5 had the serial number: F10801W3611359706. I sent it to Sony myself and received a message today that my Ps5 should be back in a few days.

In the message, however, the serial number was: F10B01W3611494239, so a different one.

Did Sony send me a new one?

I added 5 euro to the Ps5 and asked people in a letter to treat my Ps5 as best they could. I also wrote that my Ps5 had the problem with the coil whine and that they should replace the fan. Well, now I have a console with a different serial number. Can one of you using the serial number probably. Recognize the device with the good fan?

Old serial number: F10801W3611359706

New: F10B01W3611494239
