PS4 serial number not there?

I need the serial number to clarify a support case. The serial number should begin with "MB". Unfortunately, I only have a 17-digit code that starts with 02 at the specified place. The model number is on it again. I have the 1000 series model.

You must have a barcode on the side of the PS4. Under this barcode is the number you need. If you have the packaging for the Ps4 noc, you will find it there too. There's no other option.
