I've had my Ps4 since April this year, which wasn't that long ago. I have 2 controllers and both sticks are kind of crazy and move digitally by themselves and I don't know why. I've been very careful with my ps4 and never hit my controller or anything. And I do not know if it is coincidental, but with one controller the right one spins and with the other the left and the right one starts slowly. I don't know if you can do something or just buy a new controller, just I'm afraid that it could happen to that too.
If you still have the bill, you can send the controller in, or not?
The controllers were there at the Ps4, can you only send the controllers back then?
This also happened to me after 6 months from the purchase I sent my controller back after 2 weeks I got it back
PS: it doesn't work without a cash bean! And if the controller with the ps4 was there, you need a code on the back of the console to prove that it was there.
Contact customer service if this is possible. It is worth a try.
