Skyrim, Dragon Souls, The first word?

I play Skyrim on the PS4 and have a little problem there.

I received the first cry (or the first word) at the Ödsturzgrab.

Then I killed the first dragon at the Western Watchtower, and apparently got the Dragon Soul there, at least I saw the effects.

Then I was called by the guards Dragon's Blood - and I did not trigger the scream but I think. (The scream causes a pressure wave, but the effect was the same for me, as with the regular spark magic.)

Because I did not know that, I went to Hoch-Hrothgar. There Graubart wanted to hear my scream, but I burned it and was killed.

I then looked under "Magic", the scream was actually selected, but there was that I have no Dragon Soul.

How exactly do I have to keep playing now, and how do I solve this?

You Flitzpiepe, you just have to find a dragon and shoot it. By the game is provided that you spend the souls of Mirmulnir for Fus. Now that you've done this for Fire Breath, you'll need to get a new Dragon Soul by killing a dragon and then activate that scream in the Magic Menu (if you have a soul, a choice will appear at the bottom of the screen where you'll see the button you're showing have to push).

Where can I find a new kite the fastest?

I do not really feel like spending the next few days finding a dragon's lair, even though the travel through Skyrim is of course incredibly beautiful.

A place would be Mount Anthor south of Duskstar, or search in the northwest from Whitewalk to Korvanjund, where you can also find the Stormmantle / Imperial quest line, there you will not have to go into the crypt, but visit the nearby mountain there you will find one Dragon priests and a dragon. When you kill a dragon, you receive dragon souls. Then you have to use these in the menu where you can select the screams, then the scream will be unlocked in exchange for a Dragon Soul. At the beginning of the game, not only do you get the chance to learn your first cry through the path of the Oedsturz Barrow, but you also get the chance to kill your first dragon while giving yourself a chance to unlock your first cry through the acquired Dragon Soul that you receive after killing the dragon.

If you've already used the Dragon Soul for another scream, that's not so bad. All you have to do is look for another dragon and kill it again. This will give you another dragon soul, so you can learn more screams as soon as you find them.

Keep an eye on your radar (on the top of the screen)! If you see a dragon symbol on it, follow it! These are a sign that there's a dragon's nest. Even if you visit new places like Rifton, etc. You can often show some kites. Sometimes they attack the cities too.

Here is a short list:

Seek and find screams and take them in (as in the case of Ödsturz)
Kill dragons and soak up your soul.
In the Magic or Scream menu, select the desired Scream and unlock it with the help of the Dragon Soul.
Equip Scream and execute it in game with the respective key.

My problem is that I just can't arm the scream.

It does not work with another Dragon Soul in inventory now.

Did you get it unlocked? I mean the ability is shown as normal (bright shine), so that you no longer appear any requirements such as "use Dragon Soul?" or something like that. If not, I assume that it may be a bug. I can't explain it differently.
