I have a problem with the PS4. I couldn't use a controller yesterday, so use it but it went out very quickly despite being connected to the Ps4 via usb cable. I then tried a total of 3 cables and none worked until I got another controller from a friend. This then worked immediately with the connection, but I then pulled it off after about 20 minutes and then it went out. Now nothing works anymore.
I can't connect a controller because I somehow got the ps4 with the initial controller reset to factory settings. I searched Google completely but also didn't get a correct answer.
it can't be on the USB ports, because I can connect a mouse there that lights up. I also tried everything with the controllers.
hope for a solution
Maybe it could work in the settings to remove everything connected with Bluetooth
Do not go into the settings, since the ps4 is in the initial picture where you connect the controller for the first time. I reset it.
That is really critical. There's probably nothing you can do about it
