Do you have to buy Save the World twice if you want to play on PC and PS4?

Does anyone know if you have to buy Save the World twice if you buy Save the World on the PC (i.e. In the Epic Games Store) and then want to play it on the PS4? Is the game automatically playable with the linked PS4 account or would you have to buy it again in the PS4 store?
