What is the name of the underwater game on the console, where you could build a base and control it with submarines?

The game is 100% on Ps4, I always remembered that it was Stranded Deep, but the game doesn't even exist in the PlayStation Store. Has it been removed or what game could I have been referring to? Have a large base under water and explore the underwater world.
